A walk and a healthy dinner

Hi all. Tonight despite my rather high level of pain, I decided I was determined to go out walking with the dogs and my husband. The app I tested out was great and will be the one I use to document all my walks, and hopefully see my progress.

I took some pictures along the way of the beautiful journey. The dogs loved it, as did we. The trees were in bloom and it was a mild night. I adore the lighter nights as my husband works late so our walks are always later on in the night by the time we have eaten, it’s lovely to be able to walk in the light!

     

   

Tonight for dinner I made steamed salmon, rice mixed with steamed vegetables: sweetcorn, peas, green beans, onions, cabbage, carrots and peppers. It was very tasty and filling. I love my steamer, it cooks things quickly and in a healthy way.
