Fox Cubs and Deer

Hi all. This is my latest walk from a couple of nights ago, I’m desperately trying to make them more regular, and will keep updating my progress, but fibromyalgia loves to make that difficult. I keep reminding myself that I’m doing my best, and doing all I can. My determination is strong and I will keep plodding along towards my goals.

This walk was quite hard going as it was more hilly than a lot of the other flat ones I’ve done, and it was pouring down with rain. But overall I enjoyed it.

Last night I went for a potter with the dogs (it couldn’t be called a walk, it was very short), but we did manage to see a mother fox and three cubs which was incredible. We have seen them before in the same place and it’s always an honour and very exciting when we see them. We also saw two deer which was amazing, they look so majestic when they are out in the wild just doing their own deer like thing.

As for the medication reduction, it’s going well so far. It’s been harder to keep my mood stablized, but I feel like I’m doing a pretty good job of it. There have been some withdrawl symtoms, but no where near as bad as the previous times I’ve changed or adjusted my medications, so I’m feeling quite positive at the moment.

I hope anyone reads this is having a good day.
