A few weeks ago(I think it’s been about two months now) my husband and I started to do food prep as part of my fitness journey. I have had a really stressful few weeks so I haven’t had time to write about it until now, but things are beginning to settle down so I thought I’d take some time to blog about it.
Hi all. Tonight despite my rather high level of pain, I decided I was determined to go out walking with the dogs and my husband. The app I tested out was great and will be the one I use to document all my walks, and hopefully see my progress.
My medication has the tendency to make me hungry a lot of the time, so I find it really hard not to constantly snack. It’s just one of the many battles I’m trying to combat in order to get healthier.
